Dear Parents,

Welcome back after a wonderful sunny half term, let's hope this summer is a great one. Well what ever the weather we will be busy. I would like to welcome Bailey, Jago, Jack, Ashton, George, Harry and Rohan.

Our Tadpoles are happily swimming around, no signs of change yet but we will be keeping an eye on them. Also this week we should receive our caterpillars to observe and nurture into beautiful butterflies. This is an amazing process so please feel free to come and have a look in on our residents.

The vegetable plot is thriving with beans, potatoes, beetroot and pumpkins all doing well. The children take turns checking on the vegetables and reporting back to the group. I have altered the termly newsletter so you can see at a glance what areas we are covering – like they do at the school, please see the other side for our topics.

This term is pretty busy and we will be arranging a pre-school trip in the near future. I will let you know as soon as a date has been set, we will also need some help on the day.

Sports day and end of term party will also be held near the end of July and again I will let you know the date for this also.

A huge thank you to everyone who sponsored their child in the ‘Bounce and Toddle Week' all the children took part in either bouncing on the Trampoline or a nature toddle around the field. There was over 1000 bounces!
