Past Events Herbalicious! An evening all about growing and using herbs. Drink and nibbles on arrival. Talk about growing herbs by Peter Biggs from Wanborough Herb Nursery, Herb stall. Relax with drinks or desserts afterwards or take a wander around the beautiful gardens Our Crudwell Fashion Fix evening in October raised a fantastic £741! Everyone brought along clothing or accessories they no longer wear to swap for something new. Nail bars were busy and style consultant Berith gave speed consultations advising people what colours to wear and make up advice. We had an amazing raffle, accessory stalls and even a pasta demonstration from the wonderful chef at the Rectory hotel! A big thank you to everyone who helped with and supported this event. Ladies Night - 2nd December - Lots of pampering went on, with local health and beauty specialists on hand providing tasters of their therapies. They included, massage, manicures, Reiki and a selection of stalls selling pottery, Accesories and more. Pampered Chef Party - 6th July 2009 - A Pampered Chef evening was held at The school hall to raise funds for the Pre- School. Pre- School trip - 29th June 2009 - We went to Butts Farm for a day out with the animals. All children enojyed it as well as the parents who came along to help on the day. SPORTS DAY! - 22nd July 2009 - on our last day of term we held our Sports Day. This started at 1pm and was followed by an end of year party to say good luck to the children who were moving on to Big school. Sponsored Bounce - we raised money for We did OVER 1,000 BOUNCES!!!
Ceilidh - Our Ceilidh held on March 21st 2009 had a good attendance. The ceildhi was a really fun event which brought lots of enjoyment and laughter. The food was great and everyone joined in even though some of us didn't know our left foot from our right. The evening raised £500. Thank you to everyone who supported the evening.

Ferret Racing - Our recent Ferret Racing event was a fabulous and fun experience. Approximately 80 people joined us at the Village Hall for an evening with a difference. All enjoyed themselves, and the ferrets revelled in the attention. We had some great winners, including The Tetbury Terror and The Wheatsheaf Wanderer. Many thanks to everyone who helped to organise the event, and many thanks to the local businesses that donated generous raffle prizes. The fundraising event was a great success - raising £1400 for Crudwell Pre-School. |
